At Porter Art Guild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and art selections. If your piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original gallery-grade packaging, ensuring all protective corners and padding are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
